The Changemaker Awards (CMA) for the financial year 2021-22 invites nominations from employees of our partners and corporates including Bharti Group companies & partner corporates (current partners or partners who have supported Bharti Foundation in last five years) to apply under one or more categories




Award Evaluation process According to the number of award categories, the award evaluation process is designed as follows

Three stage process:-

  1. ROUND 1: Internal screening: Shortlisting of entries by Bharti Foundation Team
  2. ROUND 2: Working Group Round: Members from Bharti group company & partner corporate to evaluate nominations and short list the best entries for the Jury round
  3. ROUND 3: Jury Round: Members (including senior management from Bharti Group companies and our partners to select Award winning entries
  4. Final Winners will be awarded during felicitation ceremony of the Changemaker Awards

General Guidelines:-

  1. Last  date of submission of entries is 30th June 2022

  4. The organizers can ask for more information from the nominees during the assessment process, if required
  5. Decisions and communication made by Working Group/Jury Members through Bharti Foundation would be final

  7. Applicants for Social Evangelist Awards have to be employees of the corporate at the time of applying

Job Description Academic Mentor

  • To support School Heads / Principals and strengthen the curriculum planning, delivery and class room transaction process for improved effectiveness.
  • To optimize usage and improvement of school’s infrastructure and facilities especially working toilets, functional library, computer labs, Science labs and energized classrooms.
  • To activate critical processes such as sports, drawing and other student cantered activities and events.
  • To smoothen academic operations throughout the year and also non-academic operations viz sports day, annual day, republic day, community volunteering, PTM etc.
  • To support teachers through interactive sessions.
  • To conduct subject wise week in schools for Science, English and Math linked with the annual curriculum.
  • To extend technical support to teachers on subject specific skills.
  • To support on difficult concepts and conduct specific need-based refresher training.
  • To extending support in planning the entire academic year including curriculum rollout, remedial, assessments and processes for ongoing monitoring and mentoring.
  • Candidates should aware about local language.
