Bharti Foundation is recognized as one of ‘India’s Best NGOs to Work For 2021’

October 7, 2021Bharti Foundation is certified among India’s Best NGOs to work for 2021’ by ‘Great Place to Work’ for the fourth time. 

The Foundation’s primary focus has been centered on the education of children across rural India while nurturing a culture of positivity, collaboration, innovation and process orientation within the organization. A bouquet of programs to enhance the skillset of the employees is organized throughout the year, in an environment of promoting holistic growth. Bharti Foundation believes in creating new opportunities and experiences for all its employees and thrives to achieve the same.

This year, 38 non-governmental organizations (NGOs) applied for the study. All organizations that nominate themselves for ‘India’s Best NGOs to Work For’ undergo a rigorous assessment. All organizations were assessed using two lenses as part of this evaluation process. The first lens measures the quality of employee experience through the globally validated survey instrument known as Trust Index. The survey helps in seeking anonymous feedback from employees. The second lens is called the Culture Audit– a proprietary tool from the institute that evaluates the quality of people practices in an organization, covering the entire employee lifecycle. The cumulative score of formed the basis of an organization making it to the list of ‘India’s Best NGOs to Work For 2021’.

Job Description Academic Mentor

  • To support School Heads / Principals and strengthen the curriculum planning, delivery and class room transaction process for improved effectiveness.
  • To optimize usage and improvement of school’s infrastructure and facilities especially working toilets, functional library, computer labs, Science labs and energized classrooms.
  • To activate critical processes such as sports, drawing and other student cantered activities and events.
  • To smoothen academic operations throughout the year and also non-academic operations viz sports day, annual day, republic day, community volunteering, PTM etc.
  • To support teachers through interactive sessions.
  • To conduct subject wise week in schools for Science, English and Math linked with the annual curriculum.
  • To extend technical support to teachers on subject specific skills.
  • To support on difficult concepts and conduct specific need-based refresher training.
  • To extending support in planning the entire academic year including curriculum rollout, remedial, assessments and processes for ongoing monitoring and mentoring.
  • Candidates should aware about local language.
