Bharti Foundation’s Satya Bharti Quality Support Program was introduced in SDMC and Government schools in Delhi in the year 2016. Currently, it is working in partnership with 55 Delhi Govt. Schools and 25 SDMC schools, with an aim to help enhance the overall schooling experience of the students and teachers. It is currently impacting more than 86,500 students and over 3,000 teachers.
The program works in partnership with the government in creating an engaging and joyful environment, strengthen the overall school performance, ensure holistic development and increase community engagement. It is structured around a four-fold core philosophy – student empowerment, school leadership and teachers’ engagement, parents and community involvement and school environment.
Bharti Foundation organizes a number of events and activities like career counselling workshops, cultural programs, life skills workshops, sports, talent hunt competitions, etc. to encourage all-round development of each child. In addition to these, parents, community members, district administration officials and education department officials are involved in school activities under the program, helping them realize their responsibility and take ownership in contributing towards the school’s growth, and overall improvisation in the quality of education.

Bharti Foundation has been involved with supporting 24 schools in District North-west A. Bharti Foundation, through its Quality Support Program, has helped the schools with:Establishing clubs and houses as per GoE notification and initiating activities with various clubs to build upon leadership and various life skills among the student.
I have personally visited Bharti Foundation supported schools and found a noticeable impact on their interventions. Their support has impacted in enhancing various skills among students. Students being involved in creating wonderful gallery walks, showcasing their efforts and activities in various club boards, thus bringing a sense of belongingness within the students.
Bharti Foundation is doing some commendable work for our students. Their objective of aligning to the existing government as well as directorate guidelines and supporting them instead of coming up with a parallel intervention is really appreciable.
I wish to thank the Bharti Foundation team for these efforts. Expecting them to come up with more such interventions in the new academic year and closely with District North West & team.
