Satya Bharti Quality Support Program

Jammu & Kashmir

Bharti Foundation is working in partnership with Army Goodwill Schools and Government schools in Jammu and Kashmir to help enhance the overall schooling experience for students as well as teachers under its Satya Bharti Quality Support Program. Currently, the program is being implemented in 116 schools including government schools and Army Goodwill Schools; benefitting more than 28,000 students and almost 1,900 teachers.

At each partnered school, the program focuses on four critical pillars for enhancing school effectiveness and providing optimum quality in education: (i) Students Empowerment, (ii) School Leadership and Teachers Engagement, (iii) Parents and Community Involvement, and (iv) School Environment.

The program takes key academic as well as administrative responsibilities and helps in driving enrolment, attendance and student learning in collaboration with the partnered school’s principal and teachers. Ongoing teacher training and classroom observations have enabled teachers to grow professionally and deliver their best to the students.
