Educational tour to VIT Museum

December 2019: 53 students from govt. schools from the villages of Ramnagara, Karnataka, were taken for an exciting educational tour to Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum. Enjoying their experience at museums, the students were more than happy to see the pages of their Science and GK books come alive.

The children had a fun and enriching visit, complete with a guided knowledge session. During the day, the students explored Engine Hall exhibits engines of various machines, the ‘How Things Work gallery,’ Fun Science gallery, Electro Technic, ‘Science for Kids’ gallery, Dinosaur Alive exhibit, the Wright Brothers exhibit, and more.

Bharti Foundation is working closely with 30 government schools in Karnataka under the Satya Bharti Quality Support Program. This education program is the Foundation’s initiative with Government schools through which it engages the school leadership, teachers, students and communities to enhance the schooling experience and support them in their efforts to strive for excellence.
