Indus Towers has partnered with Bharti Foundation to support the Satya Bharti school programme since FY14-15. This programme focuses on providing free quality education to underprivileged children in the rural parts of the country, with a special focus on the girl child, currently 40,000+ students (50% girls, 75% SC/ST/OBC) are enrolled in 192 schools across six states in the country. Therefore, Indus Towers stands along with Bharti Foundation to support the Social Cause through ADHM.

Experience at ADHM:

Airtel Half Marathon is the largest and most exciting sporting events which happens in Delhi annually and everyone looks forward to participate. This run finds pride of place on the running calendar of elites,  seasoned runners and amateurs too, bringing social awareness about good health and fitness. The enthusiasm shown by Corporates in inspiring their employees to participate yields positivity,  and encourages camaraderie. As a Bharti Foundation supporter at ADHM, your contribution towards creating a better future for rural children is applauding and puts a lot of societal awareness & cultural fabric amongst Corporates on CSR activities. With more than 250+ people participating from Indus Towers, the event becomes an extension of the Employee Well Being program and keeps everyone engaged. Job Description Academic Mentor

  • To support School Heads / Principals and strengthen the curriculum planning, delivery and class room transaction process for improved effectiveness.
  • To optimize usage and improvement of school’s infrastructure and facilities especially working toilets, functional library, computer labs, Science labs and energized classrooms.
  • To activate critical processes such as sports, drawing and other student cantered activities and events.
  • To smoothen academic operations throughout the year and also non-academic operations viz sports day, annual day, republic day, community volunteering, PTM etc.
  • To support teachers through interactive sessions.
  • To conduct subject wise week in schools for Science, English and Math linked with the annual curriculum.
  • To extend technical support to teachers on subject specific skills.
  • To support on difficult concepts and conduct specific need-based refresher training.
  • To extending support in planning the entire academic year including curriculum rollout, remedial, assessments and processes for ongoing monitoring and mentoring.
  • Candidates should aware about local language.
