Experience (in years) 10-12 Years in Social / Community development project (preferably education sector)

Key Roles & Responsibilities
 

  1. To monitoring program implementation in the District ensuring quality education, improvement in learning level and holistic development of students.
  2. To effectively implement:
    • Annual school calendar
    • Policies/processes
  3. To ensure optimum capacity utilization of schools by increasing enrolment and retention of children.
  4. To ensure implementation of school operating manual, timely closure of “corrective actionplan”
  5. To carry out training need assessment of teaching staff and arrange their training.
  6. To networking and liaise with various stake holders (community, parents, govt.bodies/authorities etc) to build and nurture long term relationship.
  7. To be part of teacher’s recruitment process, disciplinary issues, teacher’s engagement, performance review. 
  8. To ensure timely generation and submission of various reports – MSR , School Report Card ,Review Reports etc.
  9. To periodically visits schools and provide guidance to CC, HT and teachers and review academic progress.
  10. Classroom observation to be done during this period along with teacher observation and random note book correction.

  11. To ensure smooth conduct of spot test, TSKT, diagnostic test and Exit test.
  12. To conduct need based teachers training for CC and HT.
  13. To ensure programmatic aspects are updated, reviewed and timely corrective action is taken for allocated district.
  14. To conduct HT meetings and ensure team is updated regularly on progress.
  15. To monitor school development plan.
  16. To monitor Virtual classes and ensure teachers are delivery quality classes.
  17. To ensure school expenses are aligned to AOP expenses.
  18. To ensure adherence guidelines / processes as issued by Head office.
