Skill	Communication & Presentation skills Facilitation Skills Innovation and creativity Service & Quality orientation Interpersonal Relationship Desirable: Experience of working in a Government project Must know local language (Read, Write and Speak)
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Training Need Assessment in the designated area (State / District/ Block Level) Identify gaps based on feedback from Project Head/Project Coordinators/Regional Heads Propose solution and plan of action with Sr. Manager-Training / Head T&C Planning & deployment of district level training for teachers (Implementation of Training Calendar) Pedagogical/skill based training Leadership training of Head of schools Other selected scholastic/co-scholastic training School Visit and on the job support to the teachers and academic mentors Impact analysis of training organised Managing training data and documentation Academic support to Team Support and Contribute to T&C on other academic assignments related to curriculum, training and assessment
