Key Roles & Responsibilities |
- Training Need Assessment at District Level
- Identify gaps based on feedback from CC/ DC
- Propose solution and plan of action with Sr. Manager-Training / Head T&C
- Planning & deployment of district level training for teachers (Implementation of Training
Calendar)
- Induction / orientation training of teachers
- Pedagogical/subject specific training of teachers
- Leadership training of Head Teachers
- Refresher Training for underperforming teachers
- School Visit and on the job support to the teachers
- Impact analysis of training at District level
- Managing training data and documentation
- Academic support to District Team
- Support and Contribute to T&C on other academic assignments related to curriculum, training and assessment
