Life has always been difficult for Ashok Kumar, a specially abled father, who dreams big for his two little children – Kanishka and Gokul. Selling soaps and soap powder is the family’s only source of income. Both Ashok and his wife hop from one house to another selling them. As Ashok is unable to walk, his wife rides the motorbike for him, while he sits at the back holding the products.

Like their hard-working and committed parents, Kanishka and Gokul are dedicated, punctual and active since the time they got enrolled in Satya Bharti School in Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu. Sports have been their favorite; and they are well known for their extraordinary chess skills. So far, young Gokul has participated in 16 District level Chess competitions and has been listed in Top 10 in all of them. Gokul aspires to play chess and win Gold for the country one day. We wish them and the family a lot of success and happiness!
