Armandeep Singh’s story is that of determination and will, and is an inspiration to many.
Armandeep was born and brought up in a household where many financial challenges existed. His parents are not highly literate but were determined to get their son educated. They saw a future full of opportunities for Armandeep and believed that the teachers at Satya Bharti School would help him explore endless possibilities. Armandeep was enrolled into the PP class of Satya Bharti School, Saffipur, Sangrur in the year 2008. After passing out of the school, he was later enrolled into the Satya Elementary School, Kamalpur, Sangrur for his elementary education. From his first day at school, he was a dedicated student who did not only excel in his studies but also enthusiastically participated in different co-curricular activities. He was especially interested in playing chess and participated in many school and cluster-level chess competitions as well.
During his class X, Armandeep appeared in entrance examination for Meritorious School, passed with flying colors and secured a seat in non- medical stream. He is currently studying in class XII. Recently, he took the Joint Entrance Exam – Main (JEE-Main) and without any special coaching, he qualified with a score of 77%, on the first attempt. He is now* aspiring to join Punjab University, Patiala and pursue B.Tech. Armandeep wants to grow up to become an army officer and serve the country.
Armandeep’s parents did not only believe in their son but also had faith in the Satya Bharti Schooling system. They often looked up to the Satya Bharti School teachers and staff for guidance on Armandeep’s future possibilities. To this day, Armandeep is in touch with the School teachers. The family wishes great success to Bharti Foundation in delivering quality education to many more children like Armandeep, and Bharti Foundation wishes Armandeep great success in the years to come.
