Sanjana (Alumna, Satya Bharti School, Teek, Kaithal, Haryana) was enrolled into the school in the year 2009 in class IV by her father Jaswinder Singh, who is a farmer and her mother Suman Devi, who is a housewife. Sanjana has been a disciplined girl since a very young age. She always aspired to be a defense doctor and serve the nation.

During her schooling, Sanjana received many accolades at different district and cluster-level championships including many sports, quiz and painting competitions. During her time at the Satya Bharti School, she consistently topped her class in academics and invested herself in many co-curricular activities of her interest as well. She has always shown leadership qualities, which reflected in all fields that she partook in.

In class V, Sanjana gave her entrance exam for Jawahar Navodya Vidyalaya and passed with flying colors. She got admission in JNV where she gave her best and continued to perform wonderfully on all grounds. In class VI, she cleared SPAT exam and received a scholarship of Rs. 18,000 for her education from class VII-XII. She also received many prizes for her participation and winning many national-level competitions including (SGFI) in Kho-Kho and athletic (800m, 1500m and cross country). She also joined NCC in class IX and during her TLC camp, she got awarded the best cadet. In her class X exams, she got a CGPA of 10 and was presented the certificate of honor by Ms. Smriti Irani (Union Cabinet Minister, Women and Child Development; and Textiles1)  

Sanjana followed the path to her dreams and chose the medical stream in class XI. After her class XII, she got selected at Dakshana Foundation for her medical exam preparation. In the year 2019, she got admission for BDS but decided to leave it and try for MBBS the following year. In the year 2020, she cleared NEET Exam with a score of 610 and secured admission in PGIMS Rohtak. Sanjana wants to join the defense services as a doctor once she completes her MBBS.

Job Description Academic Mentor

  • To support School Heads / Principals and strengthen the curriculum planning, delivery and class room transaction process for improved effectiveness.
  • To optimize usage and improvement of school’s infrastructure and facilities especially working toilets, functional library, computer labs, Science labs and energized classrooms.
  • To activate critical processes such as sports, drawing and other student cantered activities and events.
  • To smoothen academic operations throughout the year and also non-academic operations viz sports day, annual day, republic day, community volunteering, PTM etc.
  • To support teachers through interactive sessions.
  • To conduct subject wise week in schools for Science, English and Math linked with the annual curriculum.
  • To extend technical support to teachers on subject specific skills.
  • To support on difficult concepts and conduct specific need-based refresher training.
  • To extending support in planning the entire academic year including curriculum rollout, remedial, assessments and processes for ongoing monitoring and mentoring.
  • Candidates should aware about local language.
