Bharti Foundation is working in partnership with 31 government schools in Haryana to help enhance the overall schooling experience for students as well as teachers under its Satya Bharti Quality Support Program. Currently being implemented in five districts: Gurgaon, Karnal, Kurukshetra, Mahendargarh, and Rewari, the program is benefitting more than 11,800 students and 500 teachers.
The program complements the efforts of the government in creating an engaging and joyful environment, strengthen the overall school performance, ensure holistic development and increase community engagement. It is structured around a four-fold core philosophy – student empowerment, school leadership and teachers’ engagement, parents and community involvement and school environment.
Under the program, teachers undertake a variety of initiatives, which help them acquire new learning, build new perspectives, take on new responsibilities, achieve personal success and gain confidence to set new benchmarks for the success of their students. Around the year, various school based interventions are planned, including student events, exposure visits, life skill workshops, lecture series, formation of student clubs, etc. to improve academic performance of the students.

The Satya Bharti Quality Support Program has four main pillars – Holistic development of the children, parents and community involvement, school environment improvement and teacher development.
This is a joyous conclusion that this Program has been a huge success so far. We thank Bharti Foundation for the achievements.
I have personally observed and participated in the activities conducted. The children involved in various Student Clubs are very vocal, expressive and confident. I appreciate their confidence and spirit. More and more students, including our Girl Children, have now been actively taking part in competitions and have set a high bar for their achievements. The program has been successful in motivating students to partake in scholastic and co-scholastic activities with equal enthusiasm.
We wish that Bharti Foundation with spread its progressive initiatives to develop the Schools of Rural India with increased partnerships in future.
